Scott Tynes - Chief Executive Officer
Scott is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, and service delivery activities within Consero Global Solutions. Scott has over 13 years of direct finance and business consulting experience, including 7 years managing finance and accounting teams at IBM, and more recently, Trilogy. As Director of Finance for Trilogy, Scott oversaw the buildup of the company's finance and accounting (F&A) operations in India and was responsible for ongoing operations management. Scott earned an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Studies from Rice University.

Bill Klein - President
Bill is responsible for all sales activities within Consero Global Solutions. Bill has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and project management related roles. In his previous position at Agere Systems, Bill was responsible for driving greater penetration of strategic products into international markets. Bill earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Kiran Jagannath - Chief Financial Officer
Kiran is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Bangalore, India team, as well as general finance activities within Consero Global Solutions. Kiran has 10 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, most of which was spent working with multinational companies such as Oracle, GE Capital, and most recently Trilogy. For those companies, Kiran was a leader in creating and implementing processes to transition work seamlessly to each company's India office, while ultimately improving finance and accounting service levels. Kiran earned his Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, and received his Bachelors of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

Rey Madolora – Vice President of Services
Rey is responsible for overseeing client service delivery activities and providing technical accounting support within Consero Global Solutions. Rey has over 7 years of corporate finance and accounting consulting experience specializing in the areas of SEC Compliance, Risk Management, Process Optimization, Financial Reporting, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Rey began his career at Deloitte and later operated his own financial consulting practice based in Austin, Texas serving hi-tech, manufacturing, retail, PEVC, and hedge fund clients prior to joining Consero. Rey earned a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas.
