Management Team

Scott Tynes – CEO
Scott Tynes has over 10 years of direct finance and business consulting experience, including the last 7 years managing finance and accounting teams at IBM and then Trilogy. In his most recent position as Director of Finance for Trilogy he oversaw the buildup of the company's F&A operations in India and managed that team on a daily basis. Scott earned his MBA from the University of Texas and his B.A. in Business Administration from Rice University.

Bill Klein – President
Bill Klein has over 12 years of experience in managing and interacting with remote personnel in various operations, project management, and marketing roles. Most recently, for Agere Systems, Bill was responsible for driving increased penetration of key products into international accounts. Bill earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Kiran Jagannath – CFO
Kiran Jagannath has 7 years of corporate finance and accounting experience, most of it working with multinational companies. For companies such as Oracle, GE Capital, and most recently Trilogy, Kiran has been a leader in creating and implementing processes to seamlessly transition work to each company's India office while improving F&A service levels. Kiran earned his Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, and received his Bachelors of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

David Zahn – COO
David Zahn has over 17 years of outsourced services and technology marketing experience spanning multiple industries including Banking, IT, Retail, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications.  In the beginning of his career, David led finance and accounting software implementations for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) including, at that time, the largest implementation of Oracle Accounts Payable in the world.  After EDS, David held a number of Director-level positions marketing services and software into IT and Telecommunications industries.  David holds an MBA from The University of Texas and an undergraduate degree from Rice University.
